My Life Purpose at this stage is to help others be their best. I use Mind Kinetics coaching of self and others, meditation, prayer and yoga to continuously expand the space within. I offer this space to you to freely and safely reflect on your thoughts, fears, feelings, values and beliefs, discover solutions from your own inner wisdom and take action to achieve your goals

I have the credential of Associate Certified Coach from International Coach Federation (ICF). I am a Certified Power Coach and Certified Group Power Coach from Coaching and Leadership International

I have partnered with over 40 individual clients, including Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, GMs, NGO Professionals and Senior Managers. A few clients have been with me for over a year

Although an “Executive” Coach, I have partnered with them on diverse goals and challenges. The coaching has helped them be better parents to teenaged children, They are more confident and balanced professionals with superior relationships with seniors, peers and teams, A few have shed micro managing their teams – and children – and evolved into more open, inclusive and effective leaders. Quite a few clients, in a quest for happiness and fulfillment, discover their Life Purpose in the sessions

They explore new ideas for projects and presentations, discover the root cause for procrastination, find solutions around work-life integration and lift their spirit through personal loss and lay offs
